By using Medione, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Medione is a SaaS platform for managing clinics, patients, and medical records.

We do not provide medical services or medical advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
• Payments are processed by Paddle
• We do not store payment details

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel at any time
• Access remains until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record and are subject to our Refund Policy, including a 14-day refund window aligned with Paddle's buyer protections

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with system operations

7. Medical Disclaimer

Medione is a software tool only and does not provide medical advice.

8. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for handling patient data in compliance with applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
